This is Stella, and I imported her from Zita Sarnyai-Kotlas of Bogarhazi Kennel in Serbia. Stella has 78 Champions in her six generation pedigree, and she's absolutely breath-taking!!!! This picture does not even begin to do her justice. She has the sweetest little face, perfectly tiny ears, a beautiful coat, and beautiful friendly eyes. She is gorgeous!! I love her!! I love her!! She's also tiny. She only weighs about 13 or 14 pounds which is quite small for a Westie. I am a little concerned about how easily she will birth her puppies, but once they get here, I will be thrilled!!! Zita, thank you so much!!!!!! I cannot tell you how much I adore her!!!!!
As for temperament, Stella is sweet and precious. She literally wiggles and oozes with love. From the very first moment that I saw her, she absolutely captivated my heart. She loves to cuddle on the couch, give kisses, get tummy rubs, and just be close to me. She's also calmer tempered like Faith, which I adore, and she's always happy and smiling. She's very, very friendly, easy to train, and super smart. To me, she's perfect. I simply can not wait to see her puppies!!!
This is Faith (AKA Silverbug What a Surprise). She is absolutely beautiful, and she has 72 Champions in her six generation pedigree. I imported Faith from Dragan Novic of Silverbug Westies in Serbia. When I originally contacted him, he was not planning on letting Faith go. She was actually one of his show breeders. However, after many e-mails, he decided to allow me to adopt her. I think that he knew that I was sincere and that I would love her and care for her. Also, I think that he had his eye on a stud dog which he wanted to import from Poland. I laugh as I type this because, over the past year, I have come to call Dragan a friend. Dragan, thank you for allowing me to adopt Faith. I love her!!! I love her!!! I love her!!! As I told you, I believe that she has the best temperament of all of my Westies. She is such a beautiful girl and such a sweet, calm girl. I adore her!!!
Faith weighs about 18 pounds when she can fit into her skinny jeans and about 19 when she can't. As a result, she's right at the perfect weight for a show Westie. I know that some American Westies are smaller, but after twelve years of raising Champion-bloodline Westies, I've discovered that the foreign Westies are definitely nicer than the American ones. I don't like to say that, but it's true. They're prettier; their coats are much thicker/fuller/nicer; their conformation is more accurate; and I, personally, have been more pleased with their temperaments. As a result, when I started looking to re-enter the wonderful world of Westie, I only wanted to adopt from my old bloodlines which I had worked on improving for twelve years, or I wanted to import from a reputable foreign show breeder. I wanted quality because my goal is perfection in beauty, health, and temperament.
As for Faith's temperament, she has a sweet, sweet, sweet, loving, gentle, calm temperament which I love!!! Personally, I do not like the hyper Westies. Maybe I'm getting older or maybe I just don't like hyper; either way, I love Faith's calm, gentle, sweet personality. If she had her choice, she would live on the couch with me. She loves to cuddle and be close to me. She is also very smart, and she seems to understand my moods and feelings. Sometimes, I swear that she's half human. For instance when I'm sad, she likes to smile at me, and it's not her usual smile. It cracks me up because she will pull her lips up and exposes her teeth like a dog cartoon smile. She only does this when I'm sad. She'll flash me a BIG smile, and then she seems to laugh as I start laughing. She knows what she's doing. I adore her!! She's a very special dog. Dragan, thank you again!! (Please click on the following pedigree button to view Faith's four generation pedigree. Thank you.)
Lacey
Stella
This is Stella (AKA Surprise Westie Stella), and I imported her from Zita Sarnyai-Kotlas of Bogarhazi Kennel in Serbia. Stella has 78 Champions in her six generation pedigree, and she's absolutely breath-taking!!!! This picture is beautiful, but it still does not even begin to do her justice. She has the sweetest little face, perfectly tiny ears, a beautiful coat, and sweet, loving eyes. She is gorgeous!! I love her!! I love her!! She's also tiny. She only weighs about 13 pounds which is quite small for a show Westie. The standard weight for a show Westie is 18.5 pounds. I must admit that I am a little concerned about how easily she will birth her puppies, but once they get here, I will be thrilled!!! I expect gorgeous!!!! Zita, thank you so much!!!!!! I cannot tell you how much I adore her!!!!! You are an excellent breeder, and I am so happy that you trusted me with Stella and Micko. I promise to love them and care for them with much love and lots and lots and lots of kisses!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
As for temperament, Stella is the sweetest little girl in the world. She literally wiggles and oozes with love, and I can't help but pick her up and shower her with kisses. She's just so sweet and loveable. From the very first moment that I saw her, she absolutely captivated my heart. All she has to do is look at me with those beautiful eyes, and I melt. I love to cuddle with her on the couch, give her lots and lots of kisses, and just look at her. She's beautiful with an equally beautiful temperament. She's also a calmer tempered Westie, which I adore, and she's always happy and smiling!!! She's very, very friendly, easy to train, and super smart. To me, she's perfect. I simply cannot wait to see her puppies!!! Zita, thank you again!!! (Please click on the following pedigree button to view Stella's four generation pedigree. Thank you.)
Faith
This is Lacey (AKA Harrington's Lacey of Surprise), and she's from my old bloodlines. Her six generation pedigree contains 38 Champions from both Foreign and American bloodlines. Her grandmother was the first Westie that I ever imported, and she came from Annamaria of Surprise Kennel; however, her great-great grandmother came from Zita. Annamaria and Zita are good friends, and the combination of their bloodlines is beautiful. Annamaria and Zita, thank you both for all of your help recently as well as all of your help years and years ago. You are wonderful!! I consider myself blessed to know you.
As I mentioned above, Lacey came from my old bloodlines. I actually adopted her from Natalie Mattison who is a dear friend of mine. Natalie only has one male Westie and three females. She adopted all but one of them from me, and I wasn't raising puppies when she adopted that one so she couldn't get it from me. Natalie works for a ministry in New York, and she's a wonderful person!!! Thank you, Natalie for allowing me to adopt Lacey. I love her, and I love you!!! I apologize for this picture not being better. Lacey's coat is sooooo full that I gave her a short summer pet trim to make grooming easier. Honestly, I trimmed her coat to avoid so much brushing, and I did not plan on posting a picture of her until next spring. However, I decided to allow my Champion stud, Micko, to breed her for spring/summer puppies. As a result, I had no choice but to post a picture of her pretty little face in her not-so-pretty summer haircut. I apologize. She's still gorgeous, but she's MUCH MORE gorgeous with her long, full skirt. A beautiful coat and a good haircut makes all the difference--I'm truly sorry!! I will update her picture once her puppies are little older. I always hate to take mom away from the puppies for a lengthy grooming so I will wait until the puppies are a bit older.
As for temperament, Lacey is my buddy. She's not needy in any way; she just loves me and wants to be close to me. She never begs or gets under my feet, and she's very patient while I play with my other Westies. She doesn't get jealous. She waits like a little lady. However, when it's finally her turn, she gives me her full attention, and the look in her eyes shows me that she loves me with everything in her. I think that she kisses from her toes!!! I adore her because she loves me so much. That may sound silly, but her love for me makes me love her even more. She's a sweetie!!! She's also a calmer Westie, and that's important to me. I want mine to sit on the couch, not jump all over the house. Granted, all Westie puppies are active because they're babies, but I want mine to grow up to be calmer. (Please click on the following pedigree button to view Lacie's four generation pedigree. Thank you.)
This is Anna, and she's from my old bloodlines. She's actually a full litter sister to Lacey. I adopted both of them from Natalie Mattison in December of 2013. As I mentioned above, Natalie only has one male Westie and three females. She adopted all but one of them from me, and I wasn't raising puppies when she adopted that one so she couldn't get it from me. Natalie works for a ministry in New York, and she's an absolutely wonderful person!!! I know that God brought her into my life. Thank you, Natalie, for allowing me to adopt Anna and Lacey. I absolutely love them!!!
Anna's six generation pedigree contains 38 Champions from both Foreign and American bloodlines. She's about 18 pounds, and she's full of confidence!!! She's always smiling and happy and ready to play. She isn't hyper at all, but she isn't a couch potato either. She's a nice mix between playful and calm. She's also what I would call tomboyish. She loves the outdoors, playing sports, running, swimming, splashing in the water, playing fetch, and wrestling. She's perfect for my son because she's more sporty. She is feminine, but she also enjoys a lot of tomboyish things. Basically, she isn't a girly girl. She is very loving, sweet, and gentle, but she isn't afraid to get dirty or play rough. If she were a woman, she would be a loving, outgoing, friendly female athlete. Anna is also very, very smart--almost too smart. I simply can't trick her, or at least I can't trick her more than once. Oh, she also LOVES her tummy rubs and kisses.
I can't wait to see her puppies with Micko. Both of them are gorgeous and have wonderful temperaments. I know that the puppies will be super. Great parents make great puppies!!! Please click on the following link to see her pedigree. To see Micko's pedigree, simply go to my "Westie Males" page and scroll to his pictures and information.

Also, please note, that the pedigree information supplied above is correct and accurate based upon the following three verifiable sources: 1) FCI Export Pedigrees, 2) AKC Pedigrees, and 3) online FCI pedigree databases. Countless hours went into researching and preparing each of my online pedigrees; however, please know that there is a tiny possibility that my replication of the source information could contain a human error. Let's just say that I drank a lot of coffee while I was building my website. As a result, please feel free to further research my pedigrees. Thank you very much, and I hope that you are impressed. I have wonderful Westies!!!
Please note, that when looking for a puppy it's extremely important that you see photos of your puppy's parents and that you learn about their temperaments. All puppies are cute, but they will grow up to look and even act like their parents.
